What should I wear in St. Mark’s Basilica and other churches?
At St. Mark’s Basilica, as at all Catholic churches and religious sites, visitors are asked to cover their shoulders and knees. For men long shorts or trousers are required. For women long skirts or trousers are required. If you are wearing shorter shorts please bring a sarong or similar to cover up. If your top is sleeveless, we recommend that you bring a cardigan or a scarf.

What does it mean that the tour includes a skip-the-line ticket?
The skip-the-line ticket allows you to skip the queue of visitors without a reservation, but security checks are mandatory also for groups. Due to these checks and the high number of visitors, there may be queues at the entrance of the Palazzo Ducale and the Basilica of San Marco which are not dependent on us and therefore the duration of the tours is indicative.

Are the tours accessible to people with mobility difficulties?
Due to the particular conformation of Venice and its logistic problems, we cannot guarantee that the tours are completely accessible to people with motor disabilities. This means that some parts of the itinerary could be not accessible to people in wheelchairs and / or with mobility difficulties.
